Next Thursday, July 12, there will be a free panel discussion and community conversation with a focus on art expression on mental health at Catamount Arts in St. Johnsbury starting at 6 p.m. The panelists are Patrick Flood, Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Mental Health, Barbara Cimaglio, Deputy Commissioner for Alcohol & Drug Abuse, Vermont, Alice Silverman, MD, Psychiatrist, and two members of the Houghton family. Alice S. Kitchel, ATR-BC, LCMHC and Greg MacDonald will moderate the conversation.
