The Maine Mental Health Counselors Association is hosting “Beyond Meds: Strategies for Clinical Practice” featuring Keynote Speaker Robert Whitaker, author of “Mad in America” and “Anatomy of an Epidemic.”

The conference will take place Monday, October 19, 2012 at the Portland Regency.  The afternoon will consist of 2 out of 10 Break-Out Sessions, including option for 2-4 ethics contact hours.
